Kitchen hood inspections

Did you know that according to the latest edition of the NFPA#17A norm, every owner of a commercial kitchen must have the kitchen hood suppression system inspected semi-annually by a specialized firm licensed by the RBQ. 

 

An automated extinguisher system must protect the hood, conducts and cooking equipment such as fryers, cooking plaque, ovens, pizza ovens, grills, etc.
